What we need to collect from you

We only collect basic personal information about you that is necessary for us to do business with you. This information may include items such as your name, address, phone number and email address.

Why we need to collect it

We need to collect data required to deliver the products that you purchase and, if ordering by credit card, process your online payment.  In such cases, your consent to collect the information is granted when you submit your order, (since we can't fulfill the order without the data), but we still want you to know how carefully we manage the protection of the information you share with us.  We do not require any personal data from you other than what is needed to process your order.

What we do with your data

All the personal data we collect is processed by our staff.  For the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is also located on servers beyond our own facilities.  No third-parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.  We have processes in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.  You can request the prompt deletion of your online data once a transaction has been completed.  You will find an option to delete your online data on your account page.  We do, however, retain a copy of information pertaining to orders you have placed with us.

How long we keep it

We will maintain the information in your online account for three years after it is last updated (or after your last online purchase), unless you request that we delete it sooner.  If your account information is deleted, you will have to create a new account if you wish to make online purchases again.

What we would also like to do with it

We would, however, like to use your name and email address to inform you of any significant changes to our company or our product offerings in the future.  We do not send out regular advertisements or solicitations.  Your information is not shared with third parties for any reason, and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email, or our website.  If you want to receive email notifications please opt in on your account page.
